What is a preorder?

A preorder means the item is currently out of stock and will be produced specifically for your order. Please note: preorder items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Delivery timelines

The processing and packing time for orders is 2–5 business days from the moment your order is placed. Delivery time depends on your region and the shipping method selected — usually 1–3 days.
