Delivery in Ukraine

Standard dispatch time — 2–3 business days (excluding weekends). If the item is a pre-order, the production time is 5–8 business days, with shipping the day after the order is ready. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the official Nova Poshta website and check when it arrives at the branch. Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta — either to a branch or to a specified address. Shipping costs are paid by the customer upon delivery, according to the carrier's rates. We guarantee: secure packaging of your order, timely handover of the parcel to the shipping company, provision of a valid tracking number. Please note: we are not responsible for loss, damage, or any improper actions by postal workers. We highly recommend checking the parcel's integrity upon delivery and, in case of damage, filing a claim with the carrier.

International Delivery

International shipping is available worldwide (except to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus) via Ukrposhta. Delivery time depends on the destination region and country — on average from two weeks to one month. Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. To get the exact cost of international delivery: Add your desired item(s) to the cart. Proceed to checkout and select the destination country. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Pickup from Studio

You can place an order and collect your purchase in person from our office located in Uzhhorod, Ukraine.

All payments on the website are made cashless via the MONO PAY system. We do not accept cash or payment on delivery.

We strongly recommend that you check the integrity of the package when you receive it at the post office and, if it is deformed, file a claim with the transportation company. Nevertheless, we are always ready to help and advise on all issues related to delivery.
