You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."

Please note: Tags must not be removed. Clothing and accessories must not have been used. If these conditions are not met, the seller has the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Before sending the product back, you must fill out a return form. Fill out the form here. After filling out the form, you can send the goods to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.

The return/exchange of the product is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service. All costs associated with the return/exchange of a product of proper quality are borne by the Buyer (in particular, costs associated with delivery).

If a significant defect is found in the product, please contact us at info@shevstudio.com. In this case, the return will be carried out via the Nova Poshta delivery service, and all costs associated with returning the product of inadequate quality will be covered by us.
